We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Field Sales Executive to develop our B2B and B2C customer base and drive sales growth in the assigned area.

The ideal candidate should have solid market knowledge, good customer relationships, and experience in handling sales independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B and B2C customers in the assigned area.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, interior designers, contractors, and other potential clients.

• Present and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

• Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.

• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with customers.

• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits,



and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the office, production, dispatch, and other teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Support the company in expanding its presence in the local market.

Requirements
• 2–3+ years of experience in field sales.

• Experience in PVC products, interior products, building materials, construction materials, or related industries preferred.

• Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Strong local market knowledge and customer network.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory.

• Good follow-up and closing skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Positive, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
