Job Title: Travel Consultant – Holiday Packages

About the Role:

Yathrawala Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle holiday package enquiries and convert potential leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and direct office visits.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Explain itineraries, package inclusions, pricing and travel details clearly to customers.
Prepare quotations and customized tour packages based on customer requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide professional support throughout the booking process.




Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid interest in travel, tourism and sales.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email and online systems.
Ability to confidently communicate with customers and close sales.
Previous experience in travel/tourism or holiday package sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
