JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery r team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the jewellery industry/showroom and a solid understanding of customer buying behavior in luxury/jewellery retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand customer's requirements and preferences
Present and explain jewellery products (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan, Silver, etc.) to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain product knowledge of designs, pricing, purity, and current market trends
Coordinate with the inventory/stock team to ensure product availability
Handle customer queries, feedback,



and complaints professionally
Maintain showroom standards, product display, and store presentation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
Stay updated on competitor pricing, designs, and market trends

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory: Prior work experience in the jewellery industry/showroom
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with excellent convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM systems
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude
Ability to work under sales targets and showroom workplace

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
