Senior Production Coordinator – VFX / Animation

Experience: 5+ Years | Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator with solid VFX/Animation production experience to manage day-to-day coordination across shows and sequences. The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of owning production workflows end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between Supervisors, Leads, Artists, and Production Management.
Track shots, tasks, deadlines, and deliveries using ShotGrid/ftrack.
Organize and document dailies and review feedback.
Monitor production progress and proactively flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
Manage assets, deliveries, and production data accurately.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Support workflow and pipeline-related troubleshooting.
Mentor and guide junior Production Coordinators.




Identify and implement improvements to production and tracking processes.
Act as a key communication link between production, creative teams, and clients.

Requirements
5+ years of VFX/Animation production experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of ShotGrid and/or ftrack.
Valuable understanding of VFX pipelines, assets, shots, and delivery workflows.
Experience handling dailies and production tracking.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Previous experience mentoring junior coordinators is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
