HR Executive – HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: Hospital / Healthcare – Hospital experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Manage recruitment, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and support employee relations.
Coordinate with department/unit heads for manpower requirements.
Maintain HR MIS and ensure timely updates of employee records.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the corporate HR team.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital HR processes.





Requirements:
Candidates with hospital/healthcare HR experience only.
Positive knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employees and coordinate with different departments.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
Should be organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
