About Hege

Hege brings naturally alkaline mineral water from the Himalayan foothills to households. We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to help build brand awareness, execute campaigns, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and offline channels.
Manage the content calendar and coordinate with designers, agencies, and creators to deliver creatives on time.
Write engaging copy for social posts, advertisements, customer communications, and website content.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, events, and product shoots.
Work with sales and customer relationship teams on acquisition and repeat-purchase campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Research customer insights, competitor activity, and relevant marketing trends.
Ensure all communications follow Hege’s brand guidelines and approved product claims.





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing; FMCG, beverages, wellness, or D2C experience is preferred.
Solid writing, communication, and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and digital advertising.
Comfortable using Canva, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of execution.
