Coordinate with existing and prospective customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer MIS, enquiry status, quotation status, order status, and follow-up trackers.
Prepare quotations, commercial documents, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Handle regular communication with customers through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers for recent enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores & Dispatch, Accounts, and Development teams for timely customer requirements.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain updated customer databases, contact details, enquiry records,



and sales pipelines.
Assist in identifying potential customers and current business prospects.
Support preparation of customer presentations, company profiles, product information, and marketing material.
Track competitor information, market requirements, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales-related activities.
Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
