Job Responsibilities
Order Management: Process orders, create shipping labels, assign shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and assist both existing and current customers with their queries.
COD Confirmation: Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with customers through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory through the company’s central portal.

Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.




Graduate in any stream.
Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
