Bystander / Patient Support Caregivers – Immediate Openings

Care Bridge Home is inviting applications for Bystander / Patient Support Caregivers to support patients in hospitals and home care settings.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting patients with basic daily needs
Providing bedside support and companionship
Supporting mobility, feeding, and personal care as required
Maintaining a protected, respectful, and comfortable care setting

Requirements

a. Previous patient care or caregiver experience preferred
b. Willing to work day or night shifts
c. Must have a valid PCC, or be willing to obtain one
d. Compassionate, supportive, and respectful behaviour
e. Candidates without previous experience may also apply if they are willing to undergo training
