Sales Executive – Dessert & Bowl Cloud Kitchen

About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, driven Sales Executive who can build revenue from the ground up and help scale our dessert & bowl business across Bangalore. You will be responsible for developing B2B sales, corporate partnerships, bulk orders, events and institutional business, while also supporting our aggregator growth strategy.

What You’ll Do
Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline across corporates, cafés, hotels, institutions and events.
Acquire recent clients and generate bulk dessert & bowl orders.
Develop corporate gifting, celebrations, employee engagement and event opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and drive repeat business.
Identify new sales channels and local market opportunities.
Work closely with the kitchen/operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track leads, conversions, revenue and customer retention.
Support food delivery apps sales initiatives and identify opportunities to improve performance.




Own monthly sales targets and consistently push for growth.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in F&B; sales, FMCG, hospitality, cloud kitchens or related industries.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive — someone who can open doors rather than wait for leads.
Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients.
Robust understanding of Bangalore's corporate/F&B; ecosystem is a plus.
Target-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for food, brands and building something from scratch.

The Ideal Candidate

We are not looking for someone who simply manages existing accounts. We want someone who can find opportunities, create relationships and convert them into revenue.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
