Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setting, to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance and tax reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable, receivable and customer/vendor reconciliations.
Handle inventory, stock reconciliation and manufacturing accounting.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow and financial reports.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and other departments.
Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow activities.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Monitor product costing, manufacturing expenses and inventory valuation.




Supervise and guide the accounts team.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
5–10 years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and inventory management.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage accounting and finance operations.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing/factory accounting, product costing, inventory and GST compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
