Telecaller – Sales
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers and customers.
Generate sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries and previous customers.
Inform customers about products, schemes, pricing and availability.
Maintain customer and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi; basic English.
Confident, polite and sales-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience in hardware, plumbing or construction material sales preferred.
Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
