Petrotech Safety Solutions is one of Kerala’s leading safety training institutes and a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence

Responsibilities:
Build and execute complete marketing strategy (online + offline)
Lead and manage digital marketing & creative team
Improve student acquisition and lead conversion
Key strategist for developing institute presentation for maximum customer attraction and retention
Plan and handle complete content strategy (reels, testimonials, campaigns) and deliver weekly targeted marketing content by working closely with our design team as well as external videography team and actors.
Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads & campaign performance
Improve website & landing page conversion by managing our website design team
Track leads,



analyze performance & optimize funnels
Work closely with management on growth plans

Requirements:
5+ years experience in educational marketing (education related services preferred)
Robust understanding of up-to-date digital marketing & lead generation techniques
Strategic thinker with execution ability, and forward thinking
Expert in using AI tools and quick decision making skill
Experience managing small teams
Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
