Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction activities.
Conduct inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works at the project site.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect incoming construction materials and verify quality/test certificates.
Conduct and maintain records of concrete, steel, cement, aggregate, and other material tests.
Monitor RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
Check workmanship and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
Prepare Inspection Requests (IR), Checklists, NCRs, and Quality Reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and properly documented.
Maintain project quality documentation, test reports, inspection records, and approvals.




Assist in conducting site audits and quality inspections.
Ensure construction activities comply with applicable IS Codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and submit updates to management.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Civil & Structural Construction QA/QC procedures.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Understanding of IS Codes and construction specifications.
Experience in preparing inspection checklists, IRs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
Positive knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience in Construction QA/QC.
