Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and sustainability initiatives.
Manage ESG activities across corporate and multiple plant locations.
Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from different business units.
Monitor carbon emissions, GHG emissions, energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and resource efficiency.
Drive initiatives for carbon reduction, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable operations.
Coordinate with plant teams for environmental compliance and ESG performance.
Monitor social parameters including employee welfare, health & safety, diversity, employee engagement, and community development.
Support CSR and community development initiatives and impact assessment.
Identify and monitor ESG risks and prepare mitigation plans.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, ESG rating agencies, and assurance agencies.
Conduct ESG gap analysis, benchmarking, and performance reviews.
Maintain ESG policies, documentation, records, and audit evidence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
