Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Calicut.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor building construction works at site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare and check quantities, BOQ, measurements and project estimates.
Prepare contractor bills, work progress reports and site documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site workers.
Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure proper construction practices.
Check materials, measurements, levels and dimensions at site.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates.
Coordinate with different teams for smooth execution of the project.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.




Ensure work is completed as per project schedule.

Requirements:
B.Tech / B.E / Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in building construction and site supervision.
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing and measurements.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Job Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,756.16 per month
