KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and blue-collar positions.
Robust experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, along with extensive hands-on experience in field sourcing and local talent acquisition.
Handle high-volume recruitment for store-level and frontline positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Work India, Job Hai, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and field recruitment.
Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store teams.
Manage candidate follow-ups from sourcing to joining and onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for multiple locations.
Coordinate recruitment activities across Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Vizag.
Travel to different locations for recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and bulk hiring whenever required.
