HR Executive

Location: Vasai (East), Maharashtra
Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll-related activities, and factory and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Manage HR documentation, records, and employee data.
Assist with payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with applicable factory and labour laws.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
Assist in handling employee grievances and industrial relations matters.




Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required.
Stay updated with applicable labour laws and government regulations.
Support HR activities related to the factory and workforce.

Required Skills
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus and statutory compliance.
Valuable understanding of factory and labour laws.
Basic knowledge of payroll and salary processing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain HR records and documentation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
