Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing/mining/construction environment.
Hands-on experience in labour/workmen management.
Experience in supervisor and manpower management.
Experience in recruitment and hiring.
Robust experience in daily attendance management and payroll coordination.
Good knowledge of overtime, leave, shift, and attendance management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
