Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Provide technical expertise in crop production and agronomy
Develop crop management and cultivation strategies
Monitor soil health, crop growth, pests, and diseases
Recommend suitable fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation, and farming practices
Conduct field assessments and provide technical guidance
Improve crop productivity and overall farm performance
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
Relevant experience in agriculture, farm, plantation, or estate management
Solid knowledge of up-to-date agricultural practices
Positive leadership, team management, and communication skills
Willingness to work at the farm/estate location
