WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹6.5 LPA + Incentives
Location: Bengaluru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to assigned leads and introduce i2Global’s services
Counsel prospects on education programs, franchise prospects & training courses
Identify serious prospects and schedule virtual meetings with the Business Development Manager
Handle prospect objections and provide lead-status updates
Maintain accurate call remarks, follow-ups and lead status in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling & qualification targets
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams for smooth lead handling

REQUIREMENTS
6 Months – 2 Years of relevant experience
Excellent English communication & listening skills




Regional language proficiency preferred
Experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation or Inside Sales
Goal-oriented with strong ownership and urgency
Good lead qualification and prospect-counselling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets

CANDIDATE PREFERENCES
Secure career profile preferred — minimum 1 year in current/previous role preferred
Job changes should not be frequent
Career break should not exceed 6 months
