About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer with experience in visa application processing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file visa applications accurately.
Check and verify client documents.
Complete application forms and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients for required documents.
Track applications and follow up on pending requirements.
Maintain proper records of applications.
Ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in visa filing/immigration processing.
Experience with Tourist Visa or Partner Visa applications preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Positive attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
