Job Summary

We are looking for a Cyber Security Support Engineer to provide L2 operational support for AI Detection & Response (AIDR), Cloud Security, and Security Service Edge (SSE) platforms. The role involves monitoring security events, troubleshooting user and platform issues, managing security policies, responding to incidents, and ensuring the availability and security of cloud and SSE services.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Implementation and support AI, cloud, and SSE security platform.
Support and troubleshoot AI Security . SWG, CASB, ZTNA platforms.
Monitor Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP) posture, CSPM/CNAPP findings, and misconfigurations.
Perform log analysis, incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with L3/OEM teams for issue resolution.
Manage security policies,



user onboarding/offboarding, authentication, SSL certificates, and proxy configurations.
Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and documentation while ensuring SLA compliance.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills
Positive understanding of AI Security ,Cloud Security, and SSE architecture .
Knowledge of AI Security AIDR SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, CSPM/CNAPP, IAM , and networking fundamentals.
