Application Analyst:
We are seeking an Application Analyst to support, configure, and maintain Hospital Information System (HIS) applications and related workflows. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of assigned modules by supporting users, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, and maintaining reliable system performance across departments.

Key responsibilities include providing functional support for HIS applications, troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution, configuring modules based on hospital workflows, and supporting system enhancements and upgrades. The role also involves conducting functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), validating workflows and configurations, maintaining documentation and SOPs, and identifying prospects for process improvements. The Application Analyst will work closely with clinicians, nurses, administrative teams, billing staff, IT teams,



and vendors to ensure seamless workflow integration and user support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of software applications, workflows, system configuration, and basic troubleshooting is preferred. Familiarity with hospital applications, databases, reporting tools, and ticketing systems will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in application support, system analysis, or enterprise application management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital workplace. Robust communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
