Qualification: CMA preferred; CA / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience can also be consideredIndustry: ManufacturingJob SummaryWe are looking for a finance skilled with strong experience in Costing, FP&A; and Plant Finance to manage financial planning, manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and business performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Manage product and manufacturing costing, including material, labour, overheads, BOM, yield and scrap analysis.- Drive budgeting, AOP, forecasting and financial planning for the manufacturing plant.- Conduct actual vs. budget/standard cost variance analysis and identify key cost drivers.- Prepare MIS, plant P&L; and management reports with actionable insights.- Analyse RM, WIP and FG inventory, including valuation, ageing, slow/non-moving inventory and stock variances.- Analyse material consumption, production efficiency, wastage, conversion costs and manufacturing overheads.- Drive cost optimisation, productivity and profitability analysis in coordination with Plant/Operations teams.- Support product costing, pricing, margin and contribution analysis.- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain,



Stores and Plant teams on cost and working-capital improvement.- Support CapEx evaluation, business cases and other financial analysis as required.Candidate Profile:- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Costing / Plant Finance / FP&A; / Manufacturing Finance.- Robust hands-on experience in manufacturing costing, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.- Good understanding of inventory accounting, valuation and working capital.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Advanced MS Excel skills; exposure to SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems preferred.- Power BI/MIS dashboard experience will be an added advantage.- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.- Candidate should be comfortable working closely with plant and business teams.Preferred: CMA-qualified candidates with relevant manufacturing/plant finance experience.Key Focus: Costing | FP&A; | Plant Finance | Budgeting | Forecasting | Inventory | Variance Analysis | MIS | Profitability Analysis
