Key Responsibilities
Assist the backend team with visa application processing and documentation.
Check, organize, and maintain client documents as per country-specific checklists.
Assist in preparing and updating client case files, application forms, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate records of client applications, documents, appointments, and case status.
Coordinate with clients for pending documents and required information.
Follow up with clients regarding documentation and application requirements.
Assist the team with appointment bookings, application submissions, tracking, and follow-ups.
Update case status and maintain internal trackers on a regular basis.
Coordinate with visa counsellors and senior backend team members for ongoing cases.
Ensure client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
Assist with general administrative and backend operational tasks.
Learn and understand visa processes for multiple countries and visa categories.
What We’re Looking For
Positive communication and basic professional email/WhatsApp etiquette.
Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets/Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
Willingness to learn different visa processes.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR preferred.
