Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Lucknow location. Candidates should have positive communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on skills, communication, and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Experienced candidates are also welcome.
Valuable communication skills are mandatory.
Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
