Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Writes initial nursing histories, assessment & re assessment of patients’ conditions and develops individual care plans for patients assigned to the unit.
Able to formulate Nursing Care plan
Monitor patients’ vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
Collaborate on discharge planning with the healthcare team
Answer questions and educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care
Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records
Adhere to best nursing practices, standards, and protocols.
Administers and controls medications.
Functions in IP providing patient care, which includes daily assessment, co-coordinating care with other disciplines, managing nursing problems and preparing patient for home care.
Maintain and ensures the patient’s case sheet is intact.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
