What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end Indirect Procurement & Purchase
Handle MRO, Consumables, Plant & Engineering Services, IT, Packaging, Facility/Admin, Oils & Lubricants
Vendor development, evaluation & relationship management
Price negotiation, cost reduction & savings initiatives
Contract management & procurement compliance
Work closely with internal stakeholders/users to ensure timely execution
Manage MIS, spend analysis & budget control
Drive process improvement, automation & digital procurement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on Indirect Procurement experience
Solid negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
Vendor management & contract management experience
Working knowledge of SAP/ERP & procurement tools
Exposure to multiple indirect procurement categories
Hands-on,



ground-level execution mindset with end-to-end ownership
Comfortable taking challenges, solving problems and getting things done
Automotive / Engineering / Gear Manufacturing experience – Mandatory

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree | Mechanical Engineering preferred
CTC: As per market standards, skills & experience
