About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller to join our Business Development team and help generate and convert potential clients for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Understand client requirements and introduce relevant digital marketing services.
Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Maintain and regularly update lead records and follow-ups.
Track all leads generated through campaigns and maintain lead status.
Keep track of the amount spent on lead generation through credit cards or other payment methods.
Monitor lead spend, cost per lead, and overall campaign-related expenses.
Maintain daily/weekly records of leads, spending, and conversions.




Coordinate with the team for client follow-ups and successful closures.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
Freshers with robust communication skills can apply.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
