About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects end-to-end. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and aligning project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, management, and internal teams.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in IT project management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and drive results.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
PMP / CAPM / CSM or equivalent certification.
Experience in managing software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Exposure to client-facing roles and delivery management.
