We are hiring Tele Caller / Customer Care Executives for our online boutique team.

Job Role:
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats
Reply to customer queries politely
Assist customers with order booking and updates
Maintain positive customer communication
Coordinate with team regarding customer issues

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Basic English & Malayalam speaking ability
Friendly and patient attitude
Basic mobile/WhatsApp handling knowledge

*Basic Computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
