Job Overview Lumos Digital is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, planning and preparing content, setting up and monitoring Meta Ads campaigns, scheduling posts, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports for our clients. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Content Marketing and Performance Marketing and wants to build practical experience by working with multiple business clients.

Required Skills: Basic to positive knowledge of Digital Marketing. Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing.

Knowledge of social media content planning.



Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics.

Good communication skills.

Good written English.

Creative thinking and content research skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage. Basic knowledge of SEO is an advantage. Willingness to learn current digital marketing tools and trends. Preferred Skills Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following will have an advantages.
