Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Gati Software.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Maintain customer, supplier, and party ledgers.
Handle jewellery/diamond stock-related entries, including weight, quantity, carat, and value wherever applicable.
Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of diamond/jewellery purchases, sales, stock movements, and adjustments.
Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Management teams for accounting-related matters.
Prepare outstanding, ledger, sales, purchase, and other periodic reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
