About the Role

We're looking for skilled, full-time Video Editors who can turn research and ideas into powerful visual stories. This role is for advanced, senior-level editors with a robust portfolio. If you love documentaries, motion graphics, and long-form storytelling, we'd love to see your work.

Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form documentary and explainer videos from raw footage, archival material, and voiceover
Create motion graphics, animations, and VFX that make complex topics easy to understand
Work closely with the research and scripting team to shape the narrative
Use AI tools to speed up workflows and improve visual quality
Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all videos
Meet production deadlines without compromising on detail

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
Advanced,



senior-level editing skills
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; proficient in DaVinci Resolve
Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and VFX
Familiarity with AI tools for video and image work
Keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail
Available for full time, in-office work in Delhi (no freelancers)

Preferred
Experience editing documentaries or explainer videos
Solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and Blender
Genuine interest in current affairs, culture, and history
