Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely interview feedback and candidate communication.
Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and coordinate offer roll-out.
Manage pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical positions.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and institute partnerships.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and hiring trackers.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a skilled and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
