Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and corporate segments.
Manage the entire B2B sales process including prospecting, presentations, sampling, negotiations, and order closure.
Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, requirement assessments, and product demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers including procurement teams, facility managers, HR heads, and operations leaders.
Drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.

Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the Chennai Head Office on product customization, pricing, design confirmation, and production timelines.
Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and adherence to company policies.

Market & Performance Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Submit structured weekly reports, monthly forecasts, and territory performance updates.




Ensure timely payment collection and compliance with commercial terms.

Requirements
3–8 years’ experience in textiles, uniforms, garments, institutional sales, or similar B2B apparel industries.
Solid understanding of fabrics, textures, uniforms, and B2B apparel buying behavior.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Capable of handling high-volume uniform requirements and institutional orders.

Work Mode
Work From Office – 6 days a week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
