Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, applications, and security software.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems.
Configure and maintain IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and basic network services.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related complaints/tickets.
Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware, software, and network devices.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control,



and other IT-related systems when required.
Perform regular data backup, system security checks, and antivirus updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, internet connectivity, and other technical requirements.
Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure across office/branch locations.
Follow IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of company data.
