We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, organized and capable of leading a team, while also being comfortable personally handling customer calls and payment-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer queries.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Coordinate with the marketing team on leads, campaigns and enquiries.
Allocate leads and follow-ups to team members and monitor their progress.
Manage and guide the CRM team.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in CRM, customer relationship, operations or a similar role.
Previous team-handling or managerial experience is required.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
