Requirement: Executive HR / Senior Executive HR – Hotel Marigold
Hotel Marigold requires an Executive HR / Senior Executive HR to independently handle end-to-end HR operations as the HOD.
The role demands the ability to handle pressure, take ownership, and manage operations without constant supervision.
Key Requirements:
Robust knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances
Ability to function as HR HOD
Proven experience in hotel HR operations
Hands-on approach with high accountability
Exposure to manpower handling, IR, audits, and compliance, Recruitments,
Excellent in handling the Employee Engagement activities, Event Posters
Hotel industry experience is mandatory.
Note:
Age should be less than 30 Yrs
Male or Female also fine
Knowledge on the AI and Advanced excel
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
