Job Description: Technical Sales & Quotation Engineer

Location: New Delhi / NCR (site-based role with regular travel across client locations)

Must-Have Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in facilities management / technical services / ELV & MEP maintenance.indeed+2
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Fire & Safety / Facilities Management (or equivalent technical background).indeed+1
Hands-on experience with:
Regular site visits for repair & maintenance works
BOQ preparation or working on client-provided BOQs
Coordinating with vendors and in-house execution teams
Preparing quotations and following up for client approvals
Working knowledge of fire safety systems, HVAC, electrical, CCTV/fire alarm, and basic civil/waterproofing works.indeed+2
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for BOQs, quotations, and tracking reports.indeed
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; able to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.indeed+1

Key Responsibilities
Carry out regular site visits to inspect and coordinate repair & maintenance works for client facilities.indeed+1




Prepare or review BOQs based on site surveys and client requirements.indeed+1
Coordinate with approved vendors and the in-house technical team for fire safety, HVAC, electrical, civil, waterproofing, CCTV, and fire alarm works.indeed+2
Prepare technical and commercial quotations; follow up with clients for clarifications, negotiations, and approvals.indeed+1
Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance; ensure timely completion and proper handover documentation.indeed+1
Maintain logs and reports for site visits, quotations, approvals, and vendor performance.indeed+1
