Job Overview
Sisco Energy Private Limited is hiring an experienced Rigger to support lifting and material handling operations in our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in secure rigging practices, lifting heavy equipment, and working with cranes in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading materials.
Inspect slings, wire ropes, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories before use.
Assist crane operators during lifting operations using standard hand signals.
Ensure loads are secured and lifted safely according to approved lifting procedures.
Follow all company safety rules and use the required PPE.
Report damaged lifting equipment or unsafe working conditions.
Maintain good housekeeping at the worksite.
Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete lifting activities safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rigger in an industrial, construction, fabrication, or maintenance setting.
Rigging Course Completion Certificate is Mandatory.
Good knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging tools, and secure lifting practices.
Ability to understand and use standard crane hand signals.
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and at heights when required.
