Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, installations, and service requests.
Register and follow up on customer complaints and service tickets.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for timely issue resolution.
Maintain customer records, service reports, and follow-up status.
Coordinate deliveries and logistics and maintain related documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding pending requirements, payments, and feedback.
Ensure regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
