We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Procurement to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, cost negotiation, and timely material availability for kitchen and home-appliance products, components, and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan procurement based on demand, inventory, and business requirements.
Manage domestic & international vendors, including India and China sourcing.
Handle PO creation, follow-ups, delivery tracking, and closure.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery conditions.
Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics, and Product teams.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, open POs, and delayed shipments.
Coordinate import documentation, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Maintain procurement records, MIS, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate suppliers.
Ensure procurement processes follow company policies and approvals.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.




3–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchase/Sourcing/SCM.
Experience with consumer electronics, kitchen/home appliances, components, or packaging preferred.
Robust vendor management, negotiation, and sourcing skills.
Knowledge of domestic & international sourcing, OEM/ODM coordination.
Valuable knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Robust coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
