We are looking for a professional and friendly Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide a smooth experience for patients visiting the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a qualified and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, patient enquiries, and appointment requests.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff regarding patient appointments and schedules.
Explain basic clinic procedures and appointment-related information to patients.
Manage billing, payments, and receipts as required.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.




Handle day-to-day front-desk and administrative activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and clinic staff.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
