We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Site Supervisor to handle interior project sales, client coordination, and in office execution. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, basic knowledge of interior works, and the ability to coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert enquiries into interior projects.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and explain interior solutions.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate and supervise interior works at project sites.
Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, painting, false ceiling, modular and other interior works.
Ensure work is completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, designers, and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain project records,



measurements, and daily/weekly progress updates.
Coordinate project handover and address client requirements during completion.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in interior sales/site supervision preferred.
Knowledge of residential/commercial interior works.
Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand drawings and site requirements.
Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office/Excel

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives.
