Job Summary

Oppam Wellness is looking for a Clinical Excellence Intern to support our Clinical Services team in maintaining a high standard of client experience and clinical documentation.

The role involves client feedback, documentation review, clinical report coordination, and regular coordination with psychologists and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Feedback
Contact clients to collect feedback about their experience.
Understand client concerns and support resolution.
Escalate complex concerns to the clinical team when required.

Documentation Review
Review session summaries prepared by therapists.
Check documentation against the prescribed scorecard.
Identify gaps and share observations with the clinical team.

Clinical Report Coordination
Track clinical report requests received from clients.




Coordinate with psychologists for report preparation.
Ensure completed reports are shared with clients within the required timeline.

Qualifications

Required:
Postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred:
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Comfortable using email and basic office tools.
