Experience: Minimum 1 Year.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, proposals and related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP.
Support sales team in achieving targets and business growth.
Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field).
Minimum 1 year of experience in account handling.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Miracle, SAP will be an advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
