MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Key Responsibilities
Oversee plant-level accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and cost accounting.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly financial statements, and cost sheets.
Manage vendor payments, payroll, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with production, procurement, and SCM teams for cost control and budget adherence.
Supervise internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance with company policies.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory valuation.
Lead the accounts team at the plant, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: B.Com or CA Inter.
Experience:



Minimum 5 years in accounts, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Solid knowledge of costing, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
