Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
